WE’RE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY
A little help?
Can I pay a deposit?
The prototype supports a £100 simulated deposit followed by a balance payment. Islandmas will confirm the live payment schedule.
How do I choose my size?
Choose a separate top and bottom size. Final style-specific measurements and bra sizing will be supplied by Islandmas.
When can I collect?
Once your balance is paid, book a collection session from My Carnival. Actual dates and location will be confirmed by the team.
Can I buy event tickets?
Event ticketing will be introduced in a later phase.
Support tickets are saved in Islandmas. Delivery to VW Modern is awaiting setup. Do not include passwords, card details or API keys.
